The expansion of classroom technologies hasn’t always been a fast one, and there have been times when people have believed that the many opportunities to aid the learning of young and old people alike was the stuff of science fiction. However, the fantasies have now become a reality in many ways, now that technology is catching up with the imaginations of teachers around the world.
New technology makes it easier than ever for teachers to bring learning to life and to engage their pupils in new ways. For example, technology such as interactive whiteboards, wireless communication devices and educational tools such as personal computers and pads make it possible for students to see, hear and interact with the lessons.
